"Except for a brief excursion to a competitor---which I regretted almost instantly---I have been with State Farm for 30 years.
Eric Mayer and his associates are top notch in customer service and very knowledgeable about the State Farm’s products. They are just a phone call away during business hours and you will not have to wait longer than a minute or two at most to speak with someone. I strongly recommend this agency.
I would particularly like to call out Alexa Jennings for her fine, pro-active service and helpful, get-it-done attitude.
Check my other reviews, and you will find it is very difficult to get a 5 star rating from me.
